Sand & Salt Mix Bulk Bag (approx 900-1000kg)

Rock salt is an incredibly effective and cost efficient method to melting ice on driveways, pavements and roads. However, salt does not provide much traction on roads for vehicles and can be potentially hamrful to vegetation. We recommend using a mix of salt AND sand to both melt ice as well as provide traction for on icy surfaces during those colder months. For application, spread a thin layer, either by hand or with the assitance of a spreader, over the desired area.
