    Meet The Team in Plant Hire

    Q: What was your background before joining GPH? 

    I have previously worked for Gap Hire Solutions Aberdeen as a hire & sales coordinator and electrical tool fitter for 7 years, previous to Gap I worked for Speedy Asset Services as  a workshop foreman, survey technician over 7 year period. I started in tool hire industry with Hewden Stuart Plc in 2004 as a driver, I then was offer the chance to start work in the workshop as a tool fitter.

    To launch our new ‘Fix Up, Look Smart’ campaign, we asked our friends on social media to tell us about their home improvement plans for the next few months.

    It probably won’t surprise you to hear that over 80% of people told us that they planned to carry out some work on their garden in the next few months. 54% of people told us that they were planning to bring in the professionals for a project, and 59% of people told us that they were going to try a little DIY.
