Hammerite Special Metals Primer Red 500ml

Hammerite Red Special Metals Primer is a water based red primer, formulated for galvanised metal, aluminium, chrome, brass, copper and stainless steel. An easy to use product that provides a smooth even finish ideal for top coat adhesion, it’s easy to clean after use and has low VOC Levels. This special metals primer is ideal for use on BBQs, fire surrounds, garage doors, garden furniture, radiators, railings and more.

Application

• Do not apply when there is a risk of rain, frost or if temperatures fall below 5°C.
• Stir thoroughly before use.
• Apply 1-2 coats as required.
• Touch dry in 30minutes (depending on weather conditions).
• Can be top coated after 2 hours.
