In support of our GPH 40K for 40 Years campaign 16 brave members of the GPH team have signed up to climb some big hills, crawl through thick clay mud, navigate deep bogs and endure repeated dunkings in the icy Knochburn Loch by participating in the Banchory Beast Race on September 24th 2022.
Through sponsorship we hope to raise £2500 towards our £40,000 goal which will benefit 5 great charities and provide funding towards some great local causes.

Slips, trips, and falls on ice and snow are one of the leading causes of serious injury throughout the winter months and, with the A&E waiting times longer than ever, we are doing everything we can to stay safe.
Are you winter ready?
December, January and February are generally the coldest months in Scotland, with the average maximum temperature usually around 5°C (41°F). So, it's a good idea to prepare for the ice and snow with winter salt, shovels and plenty of de-icer!

As a nation we're not the best at insulating our buildings. In fact, our housing stock is ranked as the least efficient in Europe, with over 7 million homes having inadequate loft insulation! It's not good for the environment and it's not good for our pocket! And with energy prices rising there is no better time to start looking at ways to help you save money We spend a small fortune heating our homes only to lose that heat through our roofs, floors, and walls. So lets reduce the impact on the environment, and keep our homes cosy, efficient, and safe.
Here at GPH we have a great stock of Insulation to help you save money this winter and keep your home nice and cosy!
